Bonro is built by Exenrun UG in Berlin. There's no support phone tree. Emails go to a real person, usually answered within a working day.

Please include your platform (iOS, Android, web), your OS or browser version, and Bonro version (Settings → About), saves a round-trip.

Quick answers

I'm not getting the login email.+

Check spam, then try again. The code is valid for 10 minutes. Make sure the address you're typing matches the one you signed up with. If it still doesn't arrive, write to us at [email protected] and we'll look into it.

I hit the free monthly limit.+

Free covers 5 receipts per calendar month. The counter resets on the 1st. To remove the cap, upgrade to Pro inside the app: Settings → Subscription.

How do I delete a receipt or my whole account?+

Tap a receipt → trash icon to delete that one. To delete your full account, Settings → Delete account. Both are permanent.

How do I export for my accountant?+

Reports tab → pick the period and format. Generic CSV opens cleanly in Excel, Numbers or Google Sheets. DATEV CSV is for Steuerberater using SKR03.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Subscriptions are managed where you subscribed: Apple ID (iOS), Google Play (Android), or your account at dashboard.bonro.app (web). We can't cancel them for you; the platform handles it. Your Pro features stay active until the period ends.

Why isn't my language listed?+

Bonro ships in EN, DE, FR, ES, IT, NL and PT, plus TR, UK and AR. More EU languages will follow as we grow. Write to us if you'd like to vote yours up.
